Hi can you advise would this unit have been badged R.A.?

Hi Bob,

The Sussex Yeomanry were Royal Artillery until 1992, after which they were Royal Engineers until 1999. Depending on when such a brassard was worn, it could potentially have been either of the above.

The upper title Iooks to be red on blue?
Would that indicate Royal Artillery as opposed to Royal Engineers blue on red, or does that distinction not apply to this ACF unit?

The colour combinations do apply but my county went for the generic colour.

The ACF are likely to be reverting back to Basards again shortly.

How will that work, are they going to reintroduce epaulettes on MTP?

Where did you hear that ? We've heard nothing of the sort in Lincolnshire ACF
