Neil,

The Wessex Bde cap badge was worn by both Brigade and the Wessex Regiment

Find attached my Wessex Regt set for your info.

The Wessex title you show was worn by the Regiment:-
1st Bn - black background to letters (the one you show)
2nd Bn - blue background to letters.

Bess Wessex s/t also with green Bruce R has one in his collection -any thing and everything for Wessex Reg /Vols . The green back is one that I don't have

Would really like to see a close up photo of the Blue and Green Shoulder titles if possible . Also the difference between 1st and 2nd pattern collars.
