Not only strange that they exist at all but they actually look as if they have been worn. The only possible use I can think of is that they were worn by ATC cadets in Cyprus, where they may have worn desert DPM.

I think the only thing that springs to mind is the detachment in Cyprus, who i believe had the old desert cam at one stage, highly possible & highly likely they may have had their own badges? Regards Mark
