Default ATS Attached East Lancashire Regiment?

The badge above the pocket of this ATS appears to be the collar badge of the East Lancashire Regiment.

Very difficult to say at this resolution. Is there any chance of a close up of the badge?

Could it be a Coldstream Guards shoulder title device?

Could it be a 49th Division sign worn to indicate attached to Div. HQ?
