Default Air Crews Association 1977-2011

I was pleased to get this cap, I've never seen one before. The buttons are plain brass.

I've never seen one of these, it's definitely British?
Is it RAF blue?

I believe it is British, the association was certainly British. It is a close version of RAF blue.
