Hello Chris,
Just a passing thought/comment on a/a Royal Signals.
Is the all gold Jimmy Essex Yeomanry?
The small back plate with only two lugs were being issued in the 70s and 80s

Marc,

Keep collecting and list variations. It suits me to see the variations collected by a real collector.

Good question matti467, I recently brought a "all" gold R.Sigs and have wondered if this was a unit variation or maker error?

Nice one Chris.

Pretty sure its an error Jerry.

Some nice new additions Chris, a quick one though. St Edmunds School Canterbury should be CCF not OTC. What does the named b......t mean ?

I'd also say the all gold Jimmy is a manufacturing error. It's definitely not Essex Yeomanry, we wore standard pattern a/a or the embroidered version on red felt backing.
