Default AIF Small Collection

In response to a post I made in the Formation Signs sub Forum here is my small collection of WW1 AIF related items. I hope they are of interest.

ID Disc to 59th Bn AIF converted to wrist bracelet.
ID Discs to 12 Bde AFA
4th and 17th Bn Patches
Paybooks to 8th Bn AIF and 23rd Bn/5th TMB
Group to Pte FJ Ryan 26th Bn AIF-Missing his BWM sadly includes a modern transcription of a postcard he sent to his dad
5th ALH Cap badge lugged
2nd MG Bn cast

Very nice collection I especially like the MG badge did you pick these up in the UK?

Hi Rob,

The 2nd MG came on a trophy belt along with the 5th ALH badge.

The Bn patches bought through an auction house in the UK. The paybooks, 12AFA id discs and 26th Bn Group all came from an antiques centre in Brisbane.
