Default Para QC

I'm aware that a lot of space on the forum has been used up already in discussing the basic Para Regt badge, but this one just turned up and a quick skim through the threads didn't quite give me what I was looking for. This one is in 'toned' WM, has a non-voided crown, and a slightly skewed slider. Is it a proper 'issue' type, or just some museum copy or souvenir?

It is one of the ones produced privately i.m.o. The Para Regt have been wearing privately bought badges for some years now rather than the issued a/a.

That's good to see, Alan -- I won't chuck it yet, then
