Six uncut 12th Corps
Hello, just like to share images of six uncut 12th Corps patches I recently acquired. They appear to be of a screen printed manufacture and in very good condition.

Nice to see. This style of painted badge was unique to the London-based firm Display Patents, the example shown on their catalogue cover, having a khaki background.
There is also a woven version usually described as Brabant weave. Unusually there appears to be no evidence of a printed version or a UK embroidered version - but happy to be proved wrong! Jon |

Hi Jon, this appears to be painted onto khaki cloth backing, best wishes Mike

Mike,
Thanks. Not one I've seen before - as you say clearly on woollen cloth. Jon |

Thank you to everyone for the information. I was very happy to find them as cloth badges seem to difficult to find in my area at the moment.

not sure on where manufactured, but in Bruno Boulanger's book he shows 2 embroidered types plus the painted on wool type shown above.
