The third badge is indeed the called the "Maid of Warsaw" (from the Coat of Arms of the city of Warsaw) was worn by the Polish 2nd Corps,in Italy. And as Andy wrote, the Base HQ of the Corps wore the shield in blue, starting July 1944.

I need to check my reference material* but I believe the "Maid of Warsaw" was also worn by one of the Army Air Corps Squadrons to commemorate service as an Air Observation Post unit supporting the Poles in the Italian Campaign in WW2.

*Checked = 651 Sqn and 654 Sqn

Default 2 (South East) Brigade

The 2 Infantry Brigade sign is still displayed by 2 (South East) Brigade based in Shorncliffe, Kent. Examples as formation badges exist in red/white and in subdued form. Wearing of the red/white version was apparently limited to the Chief of Staff and perhaps a Training Team?

In 1959 the Maid of Warsaw badge was worn by the ASM (WO1 (Pop) Howe) of the RHG LAD REME so it may have been worn by all personneell who participated irrespective of unit.

No 1 is indeed 18 Trg Bde, but in sharper focus it was centred on Oswestry (Salop), being the Trg Org for the Royal Artillery.
