Hi nemo, from what i can remember yes it is.Obviously the stripes are relevant to Regt, whereas the crossed flags arent.ie:- a Rifles Sjt would wear black on green stripes with croosed flags on red.

Default Recruiting Brassard

HI, This would have been worn in shirt sleeve order or jumper order regardless of regiment. Now, recruiting staff wear combat 95 and would wear normal chevrons etc, unless there is a subdued verison of the recruiting crossed flags etc to wear on combat 95??

Jerry
You are more or less spot on, there is no subdued version of the flags, recruiters wear the coloured type, even on soldier '95.
