Default Shoulder title I D
I have just bought a shoulder title ( Sorry no pic. at present) with the letters SLR over the letters RWAFF. At a guess I think the RWAFF stands for the Royal West African Frontier Force but I have no idea what the SLR stands for. Can anyone help.

I would say at a guess SLR is the Sierra Leone Regiment.

Since I bought it I have been scanning the net for the RWAFF and learnt a bit in the last 24 hours. Guess I'll now have to look for the Gold Coast reg't etc.
