Default Omani Stable Belt

Have this omani belt, unsure of regiment but make me an offer and its yours

Brian who uses a stable belt any why not use your regular belt, I assume it has something to do with Cavalry or am I all mixed up? Hardly seems practially to change belts just because one is going to the stable.
