Well J.T., He sounds like he’s from the “Home Counties” so he should know what a “Right Berk” is! So there you have it......profanity given! I was so pleased at how he encapsulated it all down to “White brassy type stuff” “Weird old effect of brass” and “White old bits of brass” And all this time i’ve Been taken in by posts from 54bty. Sorry Mark, but this guy has the expertise to use white gloves in his presentation! . David J.

Just love his own description of his youtube channel :

" Militaria from the American civil war, Bore war, Anglo Zulu war, WW1, WW2 and a lot more, because I study in military history and firearms history."

I think he is on to something. I'm now looking for a "weird old effect" on badges, and will certainly now be wearing gloves when handling my super rare RA badge.

Thanks JT!

Cheers, Tim

But his badge was super rare being "Royal Artillery Corps", there aren't many of those around.

I just hope he doesn’t make a ‘How to Diffuse an IED’ video.

I have a feeling the person who made the video is in their teens. Their other videos are just as bad! We were all there at some stage!

My two cents,

Stephen

Oh I dunno; I think perhaps you’re being too easy on him. This character is not offering an ill-informed opinion to his mates, he is professing as Gospel, on the WWW.
