Default Strange badge, missile and cannons?

Hi,
I am new to collecting badges, usually I have answers to my questions by reading through this forum, but this time I’m stumped. So I have joined up to pick your brains concerning this badge.
Please can you help me identify what it is and any history behind it.
Thank you.

Hi Bill, thank you.
It’s from the US? I’ve been completely on the wrong track, I have been looking at Royal Artillery badges.
Thank you for clearing up my brain fuzz.
