Tank collar ...is this WW1 or later

Hi,
Can someone tell me if this is a WW1 issue collar badge , seems to be a lot of copies out there at the mo, and I havnt seen this type of solid back on a tank before.

Hi Steve, it is very similar to a J & C type collar, but the back bears no resemblance. I would say it is a cast copy but when it was made I have no idea. Hope this helps, Mike

Just a thought but, as you haven't specified a colour, could this be an officer's collar (in bronze)? In which case I wouldn't bin it just yet.

im not sure but i wouldn't buy it.
it does look like a cast copy of an officers collar.
