Default Star and lion badge
Hi All
Can anybody ID this badge? Silver (unmarked) star and crown with a lion in a circle. It looks like Abyssinian or something like that? It is about 20mm wide.

Hi

Just a thought, but the crown looks British and the pin fixing to the back is a fairly old style (with the broad hinge).

The lion also has a British look (I've seen this "stance" for a lion on cross belt plates) to it and may (judging from the colour) be gold. It is rivetted separately too as you will have noticed.

Overall, given the size, I would be thinking of some type of lapel badge.
