Hi All,

does anyone know what SMCCS stood for in WW1 ? I think it is medical corps related..

It may help if there was some more of a context rather than Ww1, where have you seen it or on what.

Default SMCCS

It is on a persons medal index card - first RAMC then SMCCS...casualty clearing station would sound likely if he became part of permanent staff there ?
