Default Unknown silver castle

Yet another badge that I would appreciate some assistance in identifying.
This is a white metal/silver castle. (it rubs black on plain paper which I've been told is a quick silver test). The castle is twin towered similar to the Victorian design. It is convex in shape, hence strange looking pictures!

The reverse has three gilding metal thick wire fittings- not lugs or screw posts. They have striations around them as if something was clamped onto them, but show no signs of having been bent.

Width- 1 1/4" x height 1 5/16".

Any clues please? Stephen.

Default Inniskilling Fusiliers

Looks like the castle mounted on the ball of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers officer's fur cap grenade. Size look right, and the wires on the back are correct. I don't have an officer version in my collection, perhaps someone lucky enough to own one can compare them.

Default Unknown silver castle

Thank you- I have found the badge (K&K 935?). My hope had been for a Suffolk/Northants connection. I had looked at the Inniskilling's badges but the collars etc have three tower castles. Looking forward to confirmation.

If it is as suggested, it is outside of my collecting interests and I will be open to offers.

Regards, Stephen.
