This one looks a bit new, I think it's a copy, anyone confirm either way?

I believe that is Provost Corps, not Norfolk Yeo., which is larger.

Worn by the Military Provost Staff Corps, the Royal Defence Corps, the Corps of Army Schoolmasters and also by Barrack Wardens and probably others as well. Given that the badge in the opening post is suffering from a serious overdose of "Brasso" I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.
