Your thoughs on these are appreciated. The PCMR badge is lugged north- south, I have only seen tanged versions. It does look good , stamped PMP Ltd Vancouver.
The Kings own rifles looks good but is flat- backed. Cast? More of a silver colour maybe an officers version? Thx Brian |

Opinions......
Barriefield Brian:
The PCMR badge looks A-OK, although I have never seen this badge with issued lugs. Are the lugs original to the badge, or replacements? The KOR badge is, unfortunately, a repro. These started showing up on the market several years ago, but whoever got these made up had no access to the rear die, thus the fakes ended up with flat reverses. They are also out there made in brass, and in some instances, painted black. Hope this does not disappoint too much. Cheers, John S. |

Pacific Coast Militia badges had all three: tangs, lugs, or drilled as sew-on badges.

Thanks for the replies. The lugs look original to the badge on the PCMR. Too bad about the KOR, looks like it has age but the flat backs scare me off. Cheers Brian

Brian,
I would take that KOR badge off your hands if you don't want it. I am not a badge collector but would like to get a KOR CFSC badged, temporarily, while waiting for a good one. Clive
