Anyone got one or know where one is, as I've been looking for around 4 years now and have yet to find one.... I'd love to see any examples people have.

Hello Unknown Soldier,

I don't usually haunt this section but I have an example.Step son was going to attend the school but went somewhere less expensive instead.
It has been in my desk drawer for a while.
