WW1 Canadian Trench Art
Hi,
I have had this piece of WW1 Canadian trench art for a while and have decided to post some images of it here. I was hoping that someone might be able to identify the 3 capital letters. I don’t know if the 3 letters relate to a Canadian badge from WW1 or not. The cartridge case is decorated with Maple Leaf motifs and on the other side, which is not shown are the words, Souvenir des Flandres. Also, on the base of the case are broad arrow /|\ images within C’s, which are Canadian acceptance marks. I would appreciate any help to identify what TLG or GLT or any other combination of these 3 letters might represent. Many thanks, Invest |

BOCN
Many thanks for your input Thomas.
I'll try the British Ordnance Collectors Network now and see if the Canadian collectors have any idea what the initials might stand for. |
