Default unidentified uniform

the attachment is a photograph f my grandad in uniform that we have been unable to identify and the cap badge cannot be enhanced to help. Can anyone suggest what the uniform and cap badge might be?

If you can supply his full name and a rough date of birth or age we can look him up on Ancestry for you.

3 exact matches on the name

Frank Brunton West Yorkshire Regiment and Northumberland Fusiliers.

2nd is Cheshire Regiment and Labour Corps.

3rd is RAMC and Labour Corps

Thanks Simon I have seen these and the most promising is the first although I cant find any further information. One record has the date os birth as 03/04/1898 not 30/04
