Default Gloucestershire blue ring.
Good evening.
Can anyone tell me if Gloucestershire Constabulary issued a blue ring ER star with a solid centre?

Yes, they did. Indeed it is the current cap badge for the two lower ranks. The senior officer version has a red enamel centre.
