Default Westmorland and Cumberland Yeomanry insignia at Dalemain House, Penrith

Good evening

I took the attached photographs of a display of items connected with the Westmorland and Cumberland Yeomanry at Dalemain House, near Penrith, during a weekend visit to the Lake District in 2015 with the local history society.

I regret I know nothing of the unit or their insignia, I took them at the time because I thought they were interesting but had largely forgotten about them until ferreting in a hard drive earlier today.

Hopefully some may find them of interest

Graham

Whilst not badge related, I do have a WW1 recruitment poster for them.
