Default Royal Berkshire 115th Independent Infantry Brigade

I have picked this job lot up with the plan to move it on but before I do, are there any badges that should stay together, there seems to be a possible link between the Royal Berkshire tittle's and the 115th Independent Infantry Brigade formation signs, however one lot is used and the other is not?

Also the shield in the centre of the 3rd and 4th pictures now appears to be pink and white but is this a faded red and yellow 2nd Netherland Division badge?

Default Royal Berkshire 115 Independant combination

Rob, you are correct in saying that the two go together, here is one in my collection, John.

Default R Berks

Rob,

The triangle is a regimental flash worn by one of the R Berks battalions I think. In the case of this Bde both 5 R Berks and 30 R Berks served in it, but I would favour 5th Bn for wearing the flash.

Stephen.

Rob,

The red and white is the 2nd Netherlands Division. Oct. 17 1946

Minden Militaria have a couple of sets with the red triangle which they say are the 5th Berkshire Battalion so that could be right.
