yes I thought perhaps Cadets; it has square lugs so probably an old school or British?

I'm pretty sure it isn't British. I can't find it in Westlake's book and the British School titles almost always have OTC in them somewhere. I missed the hex-lugs earlier and that is a bit unusual for an SA title but you never know.

I have Hex nuts on some WWI SA titles made in UK, so the BHS may be early 20th century.
