Three Omani TRFs plus another of unknown use.

Signal Regiment
Sultan of Oman's Artillery
Unknown - possibly HQ SOLF staff

Larger blue background Artillery patch/TRF.

Well It could, but I don't think so. We wore red/scarlet berets - the same colour as RMP. In fact I bought RMP officers berets for my officers to replace their horrid Pakistan made ones. The badge was worn on a very dark navy blue, almost black rectangular patch. This would have been far too pale. Note also the flame from the muzzle is missing.

You may be getting the impression 8 Bty was a very smart set up. You'd be quite right.
