Not imo but I have seen some unissued wings go for crazy prices. Worth is only decided by an individual at that time on that day.

No, it can't. To my knowledge, there were only 532 issued in my opinion. Certainly, it was never over 550.

The old days of the few privileged ones with the lists of names of scouts and wing numbers have long gone.
Ron Reid-Daly published the list of wing recipients in his book 'Pamwe Chete' way back in 2001.
Marco and Craig on their http://www.theselousscouts.com/ website have the most comprehensive list of scouts, honours and awards, roll of honour, nominal roll and wing recipients outside of the association.
