Lion badge for ID

Trying to ID this brass KC lion pin badge. I don't have the badge so no better pictures. But possibly has a ribbon bar beside pin fitting ?

I vaguely remember seeing one of these with a Victorian jubilee medal hanging from it. Think it was just a fancy hanger.
