The Royal Green Jackets
HI
I got this as part of a lot of Canadian post-ww2 badges and collars. I know next to nothing about British badges and wonder if it's anything special. It appears to be either anodized plastic or aluminum, measures 49mm by 38 mm approx. and weighs in at a flimsy 5.1g. I searched the Forum but could find no like examples. Gaunt London made I found on the interweb but nothing Gaunt B'Ham. Any comments appreciated. regards Darrell

Standard anodised aluminium or staybrite RGJ cap badge, Gaunt B'ham is the maker mark Gaunt used from the late sixties onwards after they closed their office in London.

Hi Mike
Very kind of you to offer but I must decline. I can barely keep my head above water with Canadian badges and am not inclined to go the way of British ones. kind regards Darrell
