Default Gordon Jackson - Gideon’s Way

Just after I added details of an episode of the TV programme Gideon’s Way - The Thin Red Line to my album https://www.britishbadgeforum.com/fo...p?albumid=2439
I acquired the large thistle in wreath cap badge as worn by Gordon Jackson in the episode. Also worn were anodised Middlesex Regiment collar badges.

Tim, Are those badges that were used in the show? If so, very nice. But even if not, it would be a great display with the photo.

Terry,
I have no provenance for the badges but they look right! I also have examples of other items used in films and TV programmes but again, no provenance.
I have observed that some ‘made up’ badges have appeared in several different productions and there would have been be a stock held by wardrobe departments and theatrical costumers.
The badges and hackle of the ‘King’s Own Fusiliers’ appear fairly frequently on TV programmes.
