Brazilian Patches ID
I have recently come into the possession of these Brazilian patches. I have no idea what they are and would welcome any help in ID'ing them.

Just a guess but probably used by the Policia Militar (National Police) in each state, I recall having similar in a lot of Brazilian patches some years ago. The state flags are: 1. Mato Grosso 2.
