Default Unknown patch - possibly medics?

Does anyone know this patch and whether it is military, please?
It is black on khaki, printed.
Any suggestions would be welcome

I think it is BSAP, but certainly looks like one I had from Rhodesia many years ago - I think it was First Aider.

Edited - Shown in Owen: C530 – Rhodesia Army Auxiliary Force Pfumo re Vahno Medical shoulder flash.
(Owen C.R., 1990, The Military Badges and insignia of Southern Africa. Chimperie, Somerset West, S.A.).
