Defence School of Policing and Guarding Cadets beret?????
Hi All,
Is this actually what it was described as? I can't find anything to show the badge being worn by them. Thanks, Phil

Would they wear this rather than insignia appropriate to their branch of service?

Hi Leigh,
Quite right and Photos do show them wearing RN, RAF or MP beret badges. To me, though, this one seems a strange one to mock up.

Agreed, doesn't seem likely.

Welbeck Defence Sixth Form College
In my opinion I would hazard a guess at the Welbeck Defence Sixth Form College:

I can confirm that it is in fact the beret badge of the now defunct Defence Sixth Form College Welbeck. This badge was worn from circa 2005 until the college closed (around 2 or 3 years since I think)

Defence School of Policing and Guarding Cadets beret?????
Hi,
I have the answer you are looking for. It is a Welbeck Defence sixth Form College beret badge. Your image depicts it being worn by a RAF student. I have one the same and attached images show the logo and my one on a beret. For further info have a look on the Internet. Regards, Graham |
