Unknown Badge help needed
Hello all! I'm a retired Engineer from the USA. I have an unknown metal badge,
that i could use some help on. It was found in Canada, in an old trunk. That's about all i know about it, but will post photos below. I would like to know what the Country of origin is, the meaning of the badge, and the time frame it was issued, and or worn. Thanks in Advance
