Default Formation Signs new finds

Here are several pieces found at the recent Show of Shows here in the U.S. Actually they are part of a larger cloth collection purchased. I am assuming these to be of the WW2 era but open to other thoughts.
Best
Jack

All three are Army Cadet Force (ACF) signs, probably from the 1950s.
First. Cornwall ACF
Second. Monmouthshire ACF
Third. Shropshire ACF(1st Pattern)

Thanks Mike for the clarification, the Id's shown were done by the original owner in the 60's. I tried searching them as just straight army infantry regiments and was not finding anything. ACF makes sense.

Both correctly identified and excellent. The 7 AA Div sign was originally printed and has been over-sewn by a skilful ATS girl in order to improve its appearance. This was quite a common practice.

Thanks again Mike, would not have caught the oversewing as it looked so well done,

I will keep my new cloth formation patches in this thread. These are part of a collection recently found at the S.O.S Militaria show last week. All input regarding Id's or other information is always appreciated.
Best
Jack

Thanks again Mike, would the RE Movement Control be WW2 or post war.

Jack,
Definitely post-War - from c 1954 - early 1960s I would say.

The Liverpool Scottish tartan sign was worn horizontally by the 1st Bn which was infantry and vertically by 2nd Bn when artillery.

( The sett of the Forbes tartan used in the arm badges is smaller than that used on the kilts )

P.B.

Peter, thanks for that clarification. so as an AA unit the correct direction of wear should be vertical.

3 LAA/SL Regt and 71 SL Regt's signs are WW2 (late War in the case of 71 SL Regt I believe). The others are post war, but may also have been worn by units from the same roots during the War.

For example 566 HAA Regt had been 123 LAA Regt and prior to that 31 SL Regt in WW2. 575 LAA Regt had been 149 LAA Regt and prior to that 40 SL Regt in WW2.

It gets very complicated. Mike
