Default ATS Scarf

This seems too good to be true in at least two areas, but there is one very rare (and genuine) item on this scarf which has defied identification for decades.

The condition of the insignia-patches do not reflect the condition of the scarf. Curious to know about the genuine item referred to, Regards, Clive.

It seems the moth, carefully, ate around the patches.

It went for GBP 577, or C$1,068.42. I would like to know why? It is not my area of expertise, but I am curious. What was so special about it?

While it still features on eBay it would be good to get an SAS/Airborne expert's opinion about the beret badge, wings and AIRBORNE titles.

Airborne strips, British para wings, SAS wings, SAS cap badge and French para wings. All very collectable badges.
