7th Battalion, London Regiment officers cap badge. Given the colours of the badge backing and the nine-flamed grenade it may date to when the unit was transferred to the Royal Engineers. In 1935 the unit became 32nd (City of London) Anti-Aircraft Battalion, Royal Engineers (TA) until all such units were transferred to the Royal Artillery in 1940.
