A great many examples in their original incarnation actually had one rectangular hole behind the coronet and three behind the scroll, I think that forty quid is as much as you should want to pay, although, everything is just so expensive these days.

Most genuine examples will have four sweat holes (two on the coronet and two on the title scroll) you would expect to pay 30-40 quid for one.
