Default Arm badge P A O H?

Hi, was given this badge for Xmas, but have no idea what it is. Arm badge, blazer or fantasy, any ideas? Thanks in advance and best wishes for Xmas, Mike

The crown isnt consistent with a British crown, not even the 1900'ish version that its closest too.

Could be foreign or could be a fashion accessory.

regards

Its not the same crown, on the button its the correct crown.

The badge in question has a crown that merely purports to represent it, but fails. Very modern also.

Quite a handsome badge, would certainly be interested to see it's reverse.

Hi, I agree it is modern, I thought it might have been one of the new regiments' badges. Thank you for all the replies, it would appear to be a copy of the post card badge, thanks again and best wishes for the New Year, Mike

That is because it is a representation of the Coronet/Crown of Prince Albert Saxe Coberg, Consort to Queen Victoria and not the Saint Edwards Crown (aka Queen Victories Crown)

As to it use, who knows?

Like I said in the second post. Purports to be --- but --- fails miserably.

Modern far east fake.

It does not purport to be a QVC because it is not, as per my post - read it again.

The badge pictured may be a fake, but not the crown illustrated!

It is you that needs to read it again.

The badge illustrated was clearly never intended to be a QVC and I never said so..

My post is quite specific in stating it is this different type of 1900 period crown that is badly represented and often seen in RB and Cameronian badges.
