I was on that Exercise in the days when DAMCON teams went round with bags of DM to pay happy farmers for trashed sugar beet.

I rooted around in an old box and it appears that I don't have the booklet - it was an Ex Crusader one. I wasn't on Crusader so it must have been left in my office.
Also found these, which were mine: Ex Ulan Eagle; Royal Irish Ranger Tercentenary Programme; plastic IFOR arm band, issued as we changed from UN to NATO; and issue Prayer Book. Chris |

Does this count, in 1965 I was in College Air Force ROTC!!!
This was ROTC Parade Day open to the public, but was scary for me at the time because my friend, on the left, dressed as an Italian artillery captain. No, he was not Italian military, but ran travel agency in town and spoke fluent Italian. He was Armenian heritage so also looked the part as well. He collected Italian military, thus the uniform. I was so afraid it was going to be discovered and I'd be in a whole heap of trouble!!! Fortunately, the brass felt something was amiss and just stayed clear of him. Oh, and an Italian captain at the time wore three stars on his shoulder!!! Terry |

Going slightly sideways - thanks for posting the IFOR armband Chris.
I saw one on a well known aution site but I was there at that point (GRAPPLE 7-RESOLUTE 1) and don't remember seeing them anywhere so had wondered if it was a fake. |

I have no idea why I kept this 'pin badge' but anyone on BRAVE DEFENDER in 1985? I was in 55 Bty (part of 49 Field Regt RA) and we acted as enemy 'attacking' various 'key sites' in North Yorkshire. If I remember correctly 'enemy' wore these yellow pin badges. There cant be many still floating around out there!
