Default Anyone Recognise This Maker's Mark?

Hi all - I picked up an "Imperial Service" badge today with this maker's mark to the rear - does anyone know anything about them? I looked on the Forum Makers Mark page but couldn't find any reference to them (feel free to use this photo if you'd like to add this maker to the Forum page).

Just wondered, as I'm local to Brum and am aware of all the main Brummie manufacturers...
