George 1V bronze weight with lead filled centre, 1820-30.
1.460"x .293"x 19.5 Oz. Stamped G.1V under crown also the word IMPERIAL. Counterstamped with a large billhook and a horseshoe over a capital R or H? 20oz was the weight of a pint also the weight of £5 in silver coin, the fact this is 1/2 oz light may be the reason for the counterstamps? |

The reverse with the Union emblems of the rose, shamrock and thistles. At 12 and 6 o'clock is the lotus flower. The bottom flower with a small dot below it signifies the Bombay mint. |
