Hi Gents,
I'm guessing this one may be Indian possibly. Your opinions on this badge are appreciated.
Many Thanks

The 19th Punjabis, IA, were never a LI regiment. It was raised in 1857, from loyal remnants of two police battalions, as the 7th Regiment of Punjab Infantry. It was designated as the 19th Punjabis in 1903 and became 1st Battalion 14th Punjab Regiment i.e. 1/14 Punjab Regiment in 1922.

That was my first guess too, though.

You're right, Peter. Not shown in Sepoys and Sowars either, but the clincher is the fact that they were never Light Infantry so could not possibly have the bugle badge...
