Arm of Service strips ?

I don't think this to be an arm of service strip. Besides the woven construction and color, the size appears too large.

Have to agree with CB. Not like any AoS strip I've seen before. Any other thoughts? Thanks

In case anyone is interested, this was confirmed as a WW2 collar tab for the Italian Infantry Divisione Pistoia.

Thanks
