Certainly from memory, at least, there used to be an example on display at the IWM Lambeth, downstairs in their Great War gallery.

I believe the picture shows a 1/12th scale model which certainly was on display at the IWM. There was also a full size four metre high section of a shattered tree observation post made from steel sheet. Not sure if they are still included in the revamped IWM WW1 display.

Bugger all in the revamped for 2014 display, they shouldn't be allowed to cut out all the floors from any of the museums leaving mostly empty shells.
