Hi Paulo
This is personal preference I think. The badge is more likely a WO's staff badge in bi-metal rather than an officers badge. It has a bit of wear and has been poorly brooched so I would guess maybe GBP30-35 at the most. Some people would probably say even that is a bit high.

The same vendor has this rather interesting item - an LI Bugle horn and a galloping rider are an unusual combination. Is it a South African regimental badge in miniature?

I thought it was a great film, my father took me to the cinema when it was released, I was still at primary school at the time, very happy days!

I think we both realized that I really love England and especially the British army. In my opinion in the cast there are four of the best British actors of all time (missing Alec Guinness, the absolute best).
