Lugged Northumberland Fus
In my quest to collect a full set of early vic /Edwardian badges I have this one which I would like to know if the lugged version is a sign of an early badge, or were they lugged at various times over the years.

The lugs should be N-S for a cap badge of that period in my opinion.

The high E-W lugs are unfortunately seen on fake Munsters and Inniskillings.

The badge looks to be bim. Surely the genuine item is all gm?

Here's a genuine N/S lugged one for comparison if it helps,
